Current mobility patterns are dominated by car use, even though alternative and more energy-efficient mobility options are already available. Why don’t you use public transport, go by bike, or walk more often? You don’t know how you can change your mobility lifestyle?
GoEco! Tracker helps you to make this transformation happen.

GoEco! Tracker allows you to become aware of your mobility lifestyle, i.e., it tells you how often you use a particular mode of transport. GoEco! Lite works with the free activity tracker Moves® (moves-app.com). GoEco! Lite uses GPS data tracked by Moves® taking into account your current speed, location patterns and your mobility habits.

Benefits and features
Automatic feed-back on your mobility patterns:
- multi-modal routes and places visited;
- kilometers travelled;
- travelling time;
- means of transport used.

GoEco! Tracker is available in three languages: English, Italian and German.

During the installation of GoEco! Tracker you will be requested to also download and install Moves®. Then check that the GPS of your smartphone is enabled and simply keep both Moves® and GoEco! Tracker active in the background. Please remember that you need to daily access GoEco! Tracker to validate the tracked data.

__Battery consumption__
Battery consumption is largely affected by the use of GPS devices. Even though battery duration strongly depends on how you use your phone, average users will be fine by recharging batteries every night.

__Privacy__
All tracked data will be treated as confidential and in no case data from individual users will be made identifiable.

__About the GoEco! project__
GoEco! Tracker is developed as part of the GoEco! research project by SUPSI, the University of applied sciences and arts of Southern Switzerland, and ETH Zurich, the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich.
